Led publicly traded international appraisal software business through a business turnaround and then rapid growth. Ranked by the stock exchange among the top 50 best financially performing corporations of 2,200 companies based on ROI and revenue growth for 2 consecutive years.

4. SVP and Business Head, Zurich Insurance Subsidiary, USA:
Led a national insurance business that was a subsidiary of a $450 billion global financial services company. Accountable for managing 600 employees in 4 US offices, and for insuring 7 million real estate properties with a total portfolio value of $1.01 trillion.
5. VP & General Manager, Old Republic National Title Insurance, Settlement Services:
Founder and leader of a national company that provided appraisal, title insurance, escrow, flood, loan closing, REO, loss mitigation and other services to 200 of the nation’s largest banks and mortgage companies, and provided services in all 50 U.S. states.
6. National Chief Appraiser, Household Finance, Chicago IL: Directed nationwide appraisal and review appraisal programs for large lender with more than 800 retail and wholesale offices in 42 states providing 1st mortgage, 2nd mortgage and home equity loans. Accountable for ordering, processing, reviewing, and the quality of appraisals in 42 states, and millions of 1st mortgage, 2nd mortage, and home equity loans per year. Also oversaw the loan credit review and several other mortgage support departments.
7. National Chief Appraiser, RTC, Washington DC: Authored nationwide federal appraisal regulations for all banks in the USA. Led the national appraisal operations for both the FDIC and RTC, to help resolve the USA banking crisis, which involved direct managment of 700 banks and S&Ls with total assets of $402 billion. Managed hundreds of staff appraisers, and awarded contracts in excess of $200 million per year. Accountable for valuing more than $60 billion in all types of real estate in all 50 U.S. states. Served on the Executive Committee of the Phoenix RTC office, to oversee clean-up activities at the most difficult bankruptcies, including Charlie Keatings Lincoln S&L. Also led the national loan credit review activities for all regional offices.
8. Chief Appraiser & AVP, Citicorp, Phoenix AZ: Directed regional appraisal program at the nation’s largest bank. Oversaw internal staff review appraisers, and awarded contracts to appraisal firms. Processed high volumes of 1st mortgage, 2nd mortgage, and home equity loans. Launched a commercial review appraisal function. Hosted Citicorp's first national Appraisal conference for Chief Appraisers from throughout the United States.
