Co-founder of Scottsdale Arizona residential appraisal firm.  Provide high-quality appraisal services throughout all of Maricopa County.  Pinnacle Peak Appraisal is a division of Pinnacle Peak Advisors LLC founded in April 2002.

2.  Account Executive, TransUnion Settlement Solutions, Phoenix AZ:

Marketed appraisal, credit reports, title, closing, funding, processing, flood and other mortgage related services to lenders throughout Arizona and New Mexico.  TransUnion is the nation’s largest provider of credit reports and related services in the United States.  This experience helped me view appraisal and related services through the viewpoint of lenders.

3.  President, Appraisal-Corp, Gilbert AZ:

Co-founder of a Gilbert AZ based residential appraisal firm providing appraisal services throughout Maricopa county.  Closed company upon transfer to Washington DC.

Provided appraisal services to banks and mortgage companies.  Accountable for delivering written reports and maintaining good account relationships with corporate clients.
