Now Hiring Licensed & Certified Appraisers!
We recently won a large contract which requires that we appraise 1 million residential properties each year for the next five years. Thus we anticipate hiring 15 or more licensed or certified appraisers, as independent contractors willing to work from their home or own office. This is a full-time position. Regrettably, we are not currently hiring trainees.
Minimum requirements include:
· Current Arizona Appraisal License or Certification
· 3+ years appraisal experience
· PC with XP, Word, Internet connection, and 500+Mg RAM
· Telephone, fax, printer, digital camera, PDA
· Alamode appraisal software and license
· Access to MLS data as an affiliate or Realtor member
· Marshall & Swift Cost data
· E&O insurance
· Drivers license, auto insurance
· Home-based or other office any where in Maricopa County
· Must sign Independent Contractor and Non-Compete Agreement
